Terms of Service
Free Accounts
The use of the Brokor Corporation Network Sites is completely free. Free memberships are a privilege and not a right, so we ask that the terms of service be respected and if you do not agree with them, don't use the Brokor Corporation Network Sites. If users require additional services, we offer paid memberships for those individuals and companies; however, we never ask anyone to pay for basic services. We simply ask for authentication from our free users.
Paid Accounts
The terms for Brokor Corporation Network Sites paid accounts are the same as above with a few variations. To obtain a paid account status, users must upgrade their free accounts by logging in and clicking the Upgrade Account link from their account profile. The user is then offered various account levels with multiple payment options, including paying monthly or annually. At the point of upgrade, the user understands that billing will recur on whatever terms they choose (i.e. monthly or annually) unless the user cancels his or her service by logging into their account.
One User per Account
Sharing your account login information is prohibited. If someone requests login information please ask them to obtain their own login credentials. We have priced our subscription models of our Network Sites so that they are affordable. To keep the prices down, it is imperative that every user support us directly by maintaining login confidentiality. We consider sharing login information as theft. If you or your company requires more than 20 licenses, you may apply for a discount by contacting Brokor Corporation at 877-75-BROKER (877-752-7653). It is the policy of Brokor Corporation and our subsidiaries that each individual end user is required to have his or her own account and by using the Brokor Corporation Network Sites, you agree to those terms. Violation of such terms is considered grounds for termination of user accounts.
Automation
At no time do we allow automation on any of the Brokor Corporation Network Sites.
Linking
You are allowed to link to us and our Network Sites and encourage you to do so. We also permit framing our sites as well.
Agreement
If, for any reason, you do not agree with our Terms of Service, please don't use the Brokor Corporation Network Sites. The use of our sites binds you to these Terms of Service.
